B: Small slice low fat low sugar blueberry cake; 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee w/skim milk.
L (changed from this morning): 1/2 cup skinless chicken drumstick meat; 3 delicious gourmet olives in brine; grape tomatoes and baby peppers.
D: Low fat lovage soup (also containing root veggies); baked skinless chicken thigh; small portion low fat rice pilaf; cucumber tomato salad; small glass of dry white wine.
S: 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt with lots of fresh berries; espresso; cinnamon toast made with 647 wheat bread, Truvia, cinnamon, and Smart Balance light Omega 3 spread; maybe a little melon for extra calories beyond below.
Totals for day: 1,038 calories, 136 g total carbs (35 g fiber, plus a few sugar alcohols), 35 g fat (? g saturated), 67 g protein, 1,770 mg sodium, 43 g sugar, ? mg cholesterol. Need to check the phone app for "?s".

Chicken breast baked with pizza toppings Turkey lunch meat and salami with slice of provolone I bought some wedge salad ingredients so probably wedge salad for dinner. I saw a recipe for enchiladas that uses deli chicken breast instead of tortillas -looked interesting

I've done a mixture of chicken enchiladas and baked it in a casserole dish. It was really good! I didn't miss the tortillas since they get soft and gooey anyway.
