There have been times in the past I have "given up" dieting but recently I have tried to not think of it as a "diet" (though it really is) and also don't think of it as "giving up" but perhaps not intentionally eating on program or something ~ at least when I get back on track it is not a complete halt but perhaps a diversion...if that makes sense. SO for this two weeks with my daughter I have not given up am just taking a vacation with her...a staycation...maybe?

It makes sense but it's hard and seems like part of the cycle. Hard to break but needs reframing. Worth a try.
