Jan - You're doing amazing with the stats. Are you noticing a significant difference with your clothes? I would think so. I actually had to put a pair of white slacks in the giveaway pile.

Made it home - DH wanted nothing to do with the wheelchair idea until we were at the airport and realized he couldn’t do it. Thank god for the wheelchair! It was a tremendous help. We’re grateful we got to enjoy the first half of the trip and we made the best out of the rest....
My eating and exercise were not the best at the end of the vacation. I need to get my mindset back...Off today - unpacking, laundry and food shopping...

Lori, so glad you all are home now. How is the medication doing for DH. Hey, I hear
what you are saying on mindset.
Nancy, that is fantastic how involved the whole family is. Never dreamed of them
having minecraft conventions, how exciting!
Went to bed at 10:30 last night and right to sleep. Everything looked so nice here
freshly mowed. Got up this morning and tree limbs and leaves all over the place.
Knew it was lightnig quite a bit when getting up to go bathroom our bedroom was
lite up coming from our french doors. We never heard the enormous wind.
Kathy, way to go on the exercise!
Jan, how is everything going at your place? Thought about you this morning when
I got outside.

Lori - I bet you're both glad to be home. I hope DH can get the proper treatment to solve his sciatica issue. I was hoping he'd go along with the wheelchair. Sorry about the disappointing end to the vacation but there will be others. Today or certainly tomorrow right back on the beam. You've got this!!
Cindy - Early to bed is going to be a life changer for you. Were you and DH able to clear up the limbs and leaves? It's always something.........
