B: Slice sugar free homemade angel food cake with fresh berries, dragon fruit, and 2 Tbs light whipped topping; 4 oz Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee w/skim milk
L: Two poached eggs over 647 wheat toast and wilted spinach; medium tomato; dill gherkins
D: 3.5 oz (when frozen) cooked wild mushroom raviolis with 1/3 cup tomato and olive pasta sauce, a couple cooked chopped mushrooms, and 2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese; 2/3 cup peas and carrots combo; 1/2 glass dry red wine
S: Espresso; calcium chews; peach; one each celery stalk & baby pepper filled with low fat Philly veggie cream cheese; one square Lindt dark chocolate

Th chili dog casserole sounds really good!
Lunch is a homemade wedge salad and 2 grass fed burger patties with slice of cheddar.
