an hour or more yesterday climbing around on castle ruins...not sure about today.

Hope ya didn't get to "Tyre(d)" out teehee. Monday I went to dentist for emergency crown replacement as my ceramic front tooth crown shattered on Sunday. Rode 45'. Dentist made new crown which was thicker using his 3d printer. Mowed lawn for 40' Monday too. Tue rode 45' to YOGA for 60' class. Had lung function test done Tuesday (probably worthless) Wednesday I Rode 60 min to gym and did 30' weights. Mowed lawn for 30' too.
