That is the premise behind weight loss...not sure that it always extends life but it might?

It certainly might, since obesity can lead to medical issues that weight loss may lower the risk for. Not to mention how we allow the extra weight to keep us from enjoying some of what life has to offer. We may be too embarrassed or physically unable to participate in things we really want to do, and that's sad. I'm sure it extends the quality of life if not actual years.

Well it could give more "life" to your lively step and more fresh life to your lifestyle??? Yes I refused to be seen in swim suit at the worst but can do OK now.
