I can track, hydrate and move. I apologize for early posting but in the morning Iām going to the phone store to get a new phone from my neighbor and he will have to transfer all of the data from my old phone so it will take a long time. Safe travels to be in June. Susie I hope the weekend can bring some relaxation for you and for you too LaDonna with your sore toe. Is this when you go to Edisto? Ann, use today as a day of rest and have a good weekend that you deserve. Cathy enjoy your precious time with your daughter doing new adventures and just watching the food portions. Pam keep getting that blue and Becky, continue to do well with less knee pain. MJ school is out for summer so take a breather too.
92Ā° today. I will walk all the way through the country club as I did yesterday 1 3/4 miles. As mentioned I am going to get a new phone and then the rest of the day is mine to be at home. I will pedal the stationary bike and I will go in the pool. Dinner will be a grilled pork chop with fresh corn in the cob our neighbor brought us green beans and salad. We are taking our son and daughter-in-law to dinner Saturday night so today will be a good on plan day.

Audrey thanks for getting us started. I am going to enjoy the rest of today and tomorrow truly IS going to be a day of a lot of nothing. Just going to play it by ear. You have a wonderful day planned for tomorrow, Audrey. Your dinner sounds fantastic. I love grilled pork chops. Time to enjoy a glass of Chianti. Sleep well and talk in the a.m.

Thanks for the start Audrey.I don't think our low will be below 80 so I may or may not walk in the morning.I will definitely not walk as far as this morning since we need to go grocery shopping.Good luck with the new phone.
I can eat mindfully, hydrate and move.If I do not get a walk in I can get steps in the grocery store and I will do the recumbent bike in the afternoon.
Bee safe travels and have fun with your girls.
Ann Have a good day and rest if you can.
I hope we all have a good day.

Did I mention we have no air conditioning in the computer room kitchen and kitchen eating area because they switch broke which I am sure happened due to the servicing. The unit is only two years old and they are going to order a part. We will find out tomorrow when it will be in Fresno. Right now that area is 87Ā° but at least the AC where we sleep at night and in the family room and living room is still working and we are eating dinner tonight in our dining room

Becky I don't blame you for not walking in the heat.
Audrey happy the ac is up and running in the bedroom. Hopefully it will be an easy fix in the other rooms.

Yesterday we bought jars for canning/pickling then made four jars of apple jam and six of pickles. It was a busy day. We have mulberries soaking with sugar to be cooked and made into jam today. Might need to go buy more jars later. Made green beans with onions and tomatoes with local 7-spice seasoning that my daughter said she has never tasted - think she liked it - hubby ate it, too. Hubby took the car to Beirut and we opted not to go along to see the downtown area as logistics for car use seemed to difficult AND Friday traffic is horrendous. We will stay home, make the jam, make something with the zucchini and work on a few tasks around the house. Plans for Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday are in place but so far two plans we had fell through and we did something else instead. It will be fun no matter what we do or where we are.
My plan - eat healthy food in moderation - enjoy every moment with Rabia.

Cathy you are doing a lot of nice things with your daughter, making great memories. I don't blame you for passing on the downtown area due to the traffic.
I didn't sleep all that well, but not a problem as there is nothing on my agenda for the day.
Take care, all

Bee safe travels and enjoy I'm all planned and tracked for the day. Sometimes doing those 'little things' helps to get that grounded stable feeling. It's sprinkling out but supposed to stop soon. Hopefully they are right as I'd like to get a hood walk in. We shall see.

Thanks for the start Audrey. Sounds like a relaxing day once the phone is taken care of. Sorry they had to order the part. Hope it comes in quickly. At least other parts of the house of AC. Ann - At least you have a light agenda so you can fit a nap in there Becky - Stay cool and do what you can. Shopping will help you get in your steps. Cathy - Sounds like you are managing to do pretty well in the eating department even with Rabia there. Enjoy your time together. Sounds like staying home was the better options. Bee - Have a great time in Natchez. Probably more salt than anything. MJ - Had to do a doubletake before realizing you meant personal training and not physical therapy. LOL. Hope there is no more school drama. It was pouring rain at 5 a.m. on top of all the rain we had this week so this brain said no to driving to the gym this morning. I saw pictures yesterday from some of the intersections I would have to drive through and no thank you. Memories of getting caught in a flash flood remain vivid after all these years. It's supposed to dry out so I can make up for it with heavy yard work.

Twice I attempted a walk and both times it started to pour. I will not repeat that a 3rd time.
Going to just spend a low key day and make up the steps tomorrow.
