How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

I will be getting in exercise by cleaning and readying the house for my daughter's arrival tomorrow night. So eager to see her again!

Only got to 3/4 of my step goal yesterday. Walked the supermarket and also walked BJ's

No dedicated steps today and no stretching. I did walk when I was shopping at Walmart and doing grocery shopping at Hannaford's.
