Today was my weekly weigh in. I'm down exactly 2.0 lbs! I actually thought it would be more because I feel a difference. So my three-week total loss is 6.8 lbs. If I can lose over 0.6 lbs next week, I'll finally be back in the 160s again.

I was up .8 but I need to move more. I'm not working right now and sitting more My eating schedule is off so I'm not eating as much fruit so I need to be more mindful of that.

No WW weigh-in this week. My scale has been down-up-down-up but well under my official goal weight. Since Monday is July 1, that will be my required WW weigh-in for the month.

My daughter arrived pm of the 13th and left early the 29th. I took yesterday to "rest" and get back into the much quieter life hubby and I usually experience. It was wonderful having her here and I believe she is nearly home and will be happy to sleep in her own bed tonight after over 24 hours of travel. That said...I am looking forward to getting back on track.
In spite of the extra wine and food I am only up a couple of pounds after not journaling at all for over two weeks.
The plan is to:
* journal * refer to GHGs/exchanges * hydrate * exercise (this is not my favorite but definitely something to start in on again after all the touring and clambering of castles and other ruins we have done) * Get in a fruit and/or veg at every meal
Want to lose weight but am focusing on the divide the plate idea and getting a balanced diet knowing that tracking and keeping a journal will see the weigh-in numbers diminish without being the determiner of success or failure.
