I finally did a proper workout and stayed within my calorie goal. I had gone over my plan for four days in a row. I have cut and color today. I'm trying to grow my hair and it's a constant battle with my stylist to get her to not cut too much.
Me time: same as always.

My goals are to continue my tracking, get to my WW meeting, and to keep up with my online support groups. My me-time will be watching the Women's Soccer World Cup. The US plays Franc Friday at non Eastern Time in the quarterfinals.

It has been a long day...perhaps 12 hours door to door. We went to Sidon for sweets, Tyre to see two historical sites then on to Cana where two massacres are memorialized and a grotto for religious purposes has been used by Phoenicians and later by Christians since 200 AD. We headed home and stopped in Byblos for dinner and did a few more stops on the return. I did all the driving and am glad to be home with my feet up. I was amazed I did all the walking and stairs we did without too much time to catch my breath at the end of the climbs. Anyway...today was healthy food (though dinner was big as we skipped lunch) and alcohol in moderation this evening. Have to return to Byblos for an identification card they did not return to me while I was shopping...ugh!
No me-time till daughter leaves Saturday morning. I have seen more ruins and gone more places with her than I have done on my own in a year. Looking forward to me-time but loving having her here.
Goals: Not gain weight and enjoy time with my daughter.

Weekly goal: Stay OP! Get to gym at least 5 times this week and do weight machines thrice this week for strength training.
Me time: Yoga class, acupuncture (it's relaxing), and reading at night.
