Track move and hydrate I am meeting my husbandโs former administrative assistant for lunch today at the cheesecake factory because it is near her office. I will look at their skinny licious menu and see what will work for me. Rachel and her family are coming for dinner. Weโre having tilapia with zucchini, rice pilaf and salad, which is their standard favorite dinner, and I made brownies for dessert to serve with ice cream. There are only nine brownies so my husband can have the leftovers. I have to stay strong.I will not have the pilaf because it is almost 200 cal for a half a cup but instead I will have more squash and a big salad. Hope June and Bee are having good trips and Cathy, enjoy the precious time with your daughter. Letโs make this a good day

Audrey enjoy tomorrow. We no longer have a Cheesecake restaurant here. I used to enjoy going there.
Tomorrow it's going to rain so my walking will be indoors. I have a few odds and ends to keep me busy. I may even watch that movie you suggested, Audrey.

Ann I'm sure you need the rest tomorrow from all those steps today.I have the Vivofit 4 now and I like it because it recognizes after you have been walking for 10 minutes and times you after that.
I will join Audrey in tracking,hydrating and moving.The sun is out now but may have a 40% chance of rain tomorrow.They said it shouldn't be as much rain as today but then they also said nobody was expecting 2" today either.If it's not raining in the morning I will walk outside.If is is raining I will walk inside and if my knee is up to it I will do the recumbent bike.

Ann, Mike aka Zazzles whatched it Sunday and liked it. Since you are Italian, you will really like it. It is about a feud between two men who own competing pizza parlors and their son and daughter who obviously love each other but much more.

Good morning all. Slept well and for that I'm grateful. We will have rain today at some point. It's not raining now, so Carl is out walking LuLa. I'm not a morning person, so I'll gladly sit this one out.
Today I'll also do what works...the GHG's and will get some steps in. Yesterday I ended up with over 20,000 and my ankles and feet are still a bit swollen. My weight was up .7 and I'm blaming it on the walking, as nothing popped out at me in looking over my food intake.
Becky, that is a nice feature on your vivofit. When mine dies I'll look into an upgrade.
Audrey I shall most definitely watch that movie. Sounds light and fun.
Wishing AWF a wonderful and OP day.
Thinking of June and Bee and hoping they are enjoying their time away.

Enjoy both lunch and dinner Hope you slept well Ann Hope it doesn't rain Becky We had some rain this morning, enough to give the garden a good soaking so I don't have to water, not enough to scare me from the gym. I have extra chicken and egg salad for the week. It will be chicken caesar salad for lunch.

The morning got away from me. The LAST FEW DAYS got away from me, LOL. DivaTaxi ran on schedule. The Kressling was here, to go to soccer conditioning at the high school at 8 AM. So I made him breakfast and since a huge T-storm had just passed through I drove him over (otherwise he'll walk from here).
Then I worked on some text suggestions for MissMouse, who is going up the food chain to the superintendent (and I hope also to the guy who was the principal last year, who is now head of HR and "being groomed to be the next superintendent"). That took some doing. As I said to her, "There is just SO MUCH that was wrong that it is challenging to distill it into 'what you want RIGHT NOW' - which, of course, is Christopher's counseling record - if, in fact, such a record even exists (I seem to remember you telling me about an early phone call from Mrs. Shafer where she babbled about "it's not that kind of counseling" and Ms. Acheson "not keeping those kinds of records").
I've also called CVS to renew two of my prescriptions and to see what they can do about Toots' recent Simvastatin order. It's by a different manufacturer (prev pharmacy was Walgreens) and he took about 4 and then couldn't sleep - he was all jittered out. The pharmacist agreed that it's probably a different filler blend in the tablets and she's trying to order the same pills he had before. We'll find out tomorrow late-afternoon.
We're going to AC Moore now. I need more yarn for my Seamen's Church scarves and I think I saw a good sale on some of my favorites.
One more sip of coffee... โโโ...

Ann I'm glad you slept well.That is a lot of steps.Since I have had my Garmin the most steps I have gotten in is 16,000 and only once.I can see why your ankles are swollen.Yesterday after I got 10K steps on the Garmin it suddenly started over and didn't add on to my steps.It just started over from 0.It may have been all that rain we got because so far today it's fine.Rest today.
Susi No rain today...90 degrees and humid.I'm glad your rain didn't keep you from going to the gym.
MJ I hope MissMouse gets to the bottom of the problems with the school.Enjoy your day.
LaDonna I'm sorry you are so slammed at work and hope you get a walk in.

I took a 2 mi walk this morning while it was still cool enough and did the recumbent bike this afternoon.Enough exercise for one day.Working on hydrating and getting steps inside.

LaDonna I hope work eases up for you.Susie I ended up having skinny licious Mexican chicken lettuce wraps plus an order of edamame I finished it home, 330 total calories and lots of protein. Finishing preparation of the law office bills now and then I have towels to fold and the dishwasher to empty before I start to get ready for the kids coming over for dinner.
