Good Morning LTMs,
This morning it is 68* and and going up to 90* with mostly sunny skies this morning with scattered showers and thunderstorms developing in the afternoon. A few storms may be severe. Winds will be 5-10 mph.
As far as I know there are no special plans for today, so I'll just wait and see what comes up today.
Its so nice to see everything blooming and we found that our yard has beautiful iris, gladiolas, and I think a peony getting ready to bloom.
I hope there won't be a problem with posting for me like yesterday, where everything I had posted disappeared and the posts from the day before replaced the ones I had put in.
I can't manage the steep stairs to the basement where the washing machine and dryer are, so Hannah did my laundry for me last night and I'll get everything sorted, folded and put away in my room today.

Taking a break before getting my hair cut shortly. Those four weeks roll around fast. I do need shaped up and trimmed. Beautiful, sunny morning for a change for my walk. Came home and did a couple of loads of laundry one being sheets which is back on the bed again. Saw a mama deer with her two babies out of my kitchen window this morning. Those were the smallest fawns I think I've ever seen. So cute trailing behind her. Always amazes me to see deer in the neighborhood living in town and close to a thoroughfare. Not all that far either from an expressway. We do have a lot of wooded areas around though. One not far from us at all. I'm very happy with my new hearing aids. Technology is amazing in these compared to my old aids.

Gareth, I'm going to have to break down and get some new aides myself. I thought mine were pretty expensive but I'm sure with new technology your's were WAY more but I won't ask. I'm glad you like them.
worked on clearing the bed in back this morning and a little bit in front but there's so much more to do and unlike Marlene and Marm, I don't enjoy doing it at all but want the yard to look halfway decent.

Good evening all. Prayers for Rose Marie tonight as she recovers from her eye surgery. I hope she has a restful night and the 3 days to follow when she must refrain from doing normal things.
Today a DD came and she picked out the CDs that she wanted from DH’s collection. Then we went to GW and out for lunch at Panera. We had a different restaurant in mind but their entire parking lot was filled, so we had to leave. We both had our favorite, their strawberry chicken salad. Other places offer this salad but none are as good as this was. Agree, Gareth?
Doris, it’s nice that Hannah does your laundry for you, and it’s a good learning experience for her. Is she registered for college this fall yet?
Ruth, I’m like you in regard to gardening. I always did what I needed to do but not at all like our other friends here do. Looking at my deck, that almost sounds untrue. I have many pots of flowers and one tomato plant, but that’s mainly because I have accumulated all those pots, and they’re all good pots, too good to give away! Some were gifts and some I made (ceramic).
Goodnight all.

This has been a good day but also a sad day. My DSis was about the best I've seen her of late. My DB has gotten worse - has a very hard time walking. Before we left his house he said this would probably be the last time he would go to see DSis. We borrowed a wheelchair at the assisted living place for him. We had his walker along but I could see he didn't have the strength to walk the distance that would be required of him. When we left he told our DSis goodbye & both shed a few tears. It was difficult for him but I'm glad he did it - was hard to witness also. My SIL was very nice today.
I found some strawberries for sale at a roadside stand! I got a couple quarts but still plan to see if the Farmers Market has them tomorrow. I would like to freeze some & then take shortcake & berries to DSis if we go to see her for her b-day. I'm sure she would like that.
I talked with Linda tonight. She misses camping here & I miss her.
Tomorrow I will do laundry. That will make two days without rain! I will have to water a couple plants tomorrow too. I don't like all the rain but at least I don't have to water when it rains. I haven't noticed as many bugs the past few days either.
Marm, was nice to hear from DH this morning even if he didn't really want to talk to me!! He needs to get a new phone more often:)

So good to see so many here. Pray RM Surgery went well and she she's feeling good.
Doris, Wow what a great bonus, Having so many flowers bloom and you didn't even have to work at it. Ha,ha. so sweet of H doing your wash for you.
Gareth*, Yes, Time does fly. how cute is that, I bet those baby's is new being so tiny. they get up and going right away. Does sound like you must have better Aids than the last.
Ruth*, Now don't knock cleaning in yur yard. Look at the good exercise your getting. Tsk,tsk.
Mary*, I love the Salad @ the Steak house, Wonder if they are a lot alike? I bet your Deck looks pretty w/all the pots to.
Marlene*, I'm sure Linda does miss camping there. Always feels good to have a friend living close, but not so when they move on. Sorry to hear about your DB. Sad for me just hearing about him. Yeah that's something else. DH has talked to a few, but keeps saying talking fritz, Tsk,way in Wis. even. He enjoyed that.
Well today our norm for Tuesday. And when I came home driving towards the house, could see the ladder. Grrrr, DH was on the shed roof while I was gone checking out the eves. I will get the hose in the morning and clean them. this end anyhow. tiny things must be plugging the drain. Water was running over the eves the other day. Nice stack gook Books getting rid of.
Rose Marie, Prayers for you and sleep well tonight. Y'all sleep well~~ Marm~~
