Thank you for our start, Becky. Last night's dinner went well but Henry was quite hyper when he had his chocolate brownie. Then when he came out of the high chair he started to softly cry coming down from his sugar high. Today I am meeting my WW friend Tamara and her baby boy to bring her some vegetables. The trainer wanted me to switch to today but in addition to meeting Tamara, I have to mail the office bills and a few things that need to be hand stamped. She is going out of town Thursday for a funeral and wanted to set me up with the guys but I can use the time to use the exercise bike and do chair yoga at home. In the hot weather I am not thrilled about strength training. I have 5 lb weights at home too. We are going to dinner at Pismo's tonight and I will order the seafood salad with a side of cocktail sauce and one of champagne vinaigrette. It is huge so I may be bringing some home for Thursday lunch. I really enjoy the precious time at home. I have so many things to read and have started knitting again on the scarf I made last summer. Have a good day.
MJ, now that school is out I wonder how receptive a superintendant will be. I know they work 12 month jobs but the teacher would not be available so it is an excuse to do nothing. Has Miss Mouse approached the parents of the child who is the bully?

Checking in...Need more sleep but decided to get up and moving early. It will be another warm day so closed the windows and drew the drapes in hopes the house will remain relatively cool.
I can: * Hydrate * Be aware * Enjoy the day * Think about what to have in the house ready to be back OP on Saturday.

Cathy keep cool and enjoy your day. Susi nothing like a well stocked fridge Today will be more of the same. Will walk outside when it cools down. Waving and wishing AWF a wonderful OP day.

MJ, now that school is out I wonder how receptive a superintendant will be. I know they work 12 month jobs but the teacher would not be available so it is an excuse to do nothing. Has Miss Mouse approached the parents of the child who is the bully? The teachers and staff are still on duty this week, according to the principal. The intent is to put them all on notice that this is NOT OVER, and that MissMouse is holding the principal to the promises she made at the meeting on Tuesday 6/18 (I&RS in September, Mouseketeer not in the same classroom as That Student Who Is Nameless But We All Know Who He Is). And those records, IF they exist, should be easy enough to pull up, PDF, and send.

MJ, that is excellent. I have worked in too many schools and not all are as accountable. Records are always confidential which IMO is BS. My worst experience was as PTA President and the principal misused money we appropriate for teacher needs for her own needs. It was so bad there were town hall meetings where she brought in church leaders to support her. This was a public elementary school but her father was Doc Buchanan the superintendent of nearby Clovis Unified that pretends to set themselves to a higher standard than Fresno. All records were confidential but all I can say is she was put on administrative leave, sent to one of the worst schools in Fresno and ended her career at the worst school in Clovis. The same confidentiality goes for student records yet next year this bully will find another target. Mouseketeer should never be in the same class with the other child and that child needs counseling now. It only gets worse.

Morning was crazy but the afternoon looks like it won't be too horrible. Lunch plans changed. Ordering my fave salad from the Italian rest. Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel so to speak. Becky, the goals you have are key to success...I will try and do the same as you today Audrey, I am envious of your home time. Its such a precious commodity these days for me. I will be looking forward to a few days coming up as we have next week off from work. I'm going out of town towards the end of the week and already have plans for several of the other days but will have a couple to spare Cathy, making a good plan to get back on track sounds great. I hope you have had the most wonderful visit with your daughter. Susi, good that you are well stocked. It sure does help make it thru on these busier than normal days. Ann, hope your day is going well MJ, good for yall not letting them off the hook!

Audrey That is nice of you to take vegetables to your WW friend.Enjoy dinner tonight.
Cathy Great goals. You have been doing well with your DD visiting.
Susi I'm glad you didn't have to work too late last night.Good luck at WI and enjoy spin.
Ann It was comfortable at 8:00 for my walk.I'm thinking the injection for my left knee worked but not so much on the right knee. After walking and shopping in WM while Kenneth got a haircut and grocery shopping at HEB I had 10K steps in by 12:00 so I'm not doing any more exercise today except moving every hour so my knee doesn't get stiff.Enjoy your walk when it cools down.We had a sprinkle and it got down to 75 although now it's up to 77.Doesn't sound like it will get up to the 90's today thank goodness.
MJ I'm glad MM is keeping the principal and all involved accountable.
LaDonna I'm glad you have the next week off from work.Enjoy your time off.
Pam Always good goals aiming for blue.
