Good morning,
Sunny and 74; the high will be 90.
I'm at DD's to watch the boys. This is for a 2 hr. workshop at the school. SIL is upstairs sleeping....works nights.
When DD gets home we will go shopping for the boys as their 9th birthday is July 1 and they want adirondack chairs for the yard. They would not fit in my car if we find the kind they want.
Have a great day!

Emily - Can't believe the twins are going to be 9 already. Hope you find the chairs.
Not much planned except the usual chores. Usual temps, tho not as high as Lins.
Everyone have a Welcome Wednesday.

Good morning, Cloudy here this morning. Suppose to be sunny and hot later.
Dave has an appt this afternoon to get more info on the defibrillator. DD was going with us but haven't heard if she is or not. They're getting a new water heater so she may have to be at home. No other plans for the day. Need to spend some time cleaning up the mess in my sewing room. Got the quilt repair finished yesterday.
Have a great day .

Good morning everyone,
Today is the second morning waking up with a headache. The past 2 nights had headache during the night and starting day with a headache. It might be the medicated shampoo. It’s a side effect. Hope not. I need to use it. Itching is slowing down but scalp is still red.
Glad I am back to daily extra projects. House is caught up. Today’s project is cleaning the 3 windows and shutters in our bedroom. Will do one room a day until finished. Takes about 20 minutes a window.
Will try using a stand up fan in backyard today while laying on chase. Want to see if it keeps away mosquitoes biting me.
The odor is gone from DD#2 apartment. The garage was cleaned and painted and the smell was still there a little. She bought a product that was in a bucket that is made to absorb odors. She took off the lid and placed it in the garage and now the smell is gone. It also started to smell inside the apartment but that odor is gone also. She is now in unpacking mode. She loves the apartment.

Morning All!
Emily hard to believe the boys are going to be 9 years old. I’m sure you’ll be able to find the Adirondack chairs your looking for – they are so popular now. Loews or Home depot will have the ones sized for kids for sure.
Lin you gave me some good ideas yesterday. One the box of toys and crafts after school gets out. My nieces two youngest decided they didn’t want to go to camp this year, so a craft bin will really come in handy – when they’re not playing x box or hanging out in the park next door. I think I’ll set up a date with them for next week. Also the step exercise. My main concern about having my left hip (20 years old) redone is that it is my strongest leg. The other leg – the one with the 4 yr old hip is the weakest. I always use the old hip going up the stairs and of course I won’t be able to do that after surgery. I want to strengthen the new hip and that exercise sounds perfect for it. I have at least 6 months before I need to worry about it, but if I start now, it should be ready in time. My biggest fear about having the hip done is that I won’t be able to live an independent life when I come home. So I’m trying to be proactive. I’ve got 15 steps up to my bedroom to contend with every day, so its definitely something I need to work on.
Betty good luck with Don at the doctors today. I hope he is able to make a decision that is good for him.
Marilyn that side trip to Paris sounds great. If its for that short a time, being on a bus that picks you up and drops you off at the ship – where you can’t get lost, sounds like a relaxing kind of day. Then if you see some things that interest you, you can plan to go back at another time. I’d buy into that one, myself.
Connie sounds like you had a harrowing trip to the cemetery – water, washing all around like that. Glad you managed to get your visits in safely.
Well need to get moving. Got a call from the car dealership that my registration is in. Need to go and get my old plates put on the car- make things legal. Then I’ve got a trip to TJs, bank and post office to do also. Busy day…..
Every one enjoy their day!

Dayle, it wasn't raining but the road was sure a big mess from the downpours we did have all month long. I get nervous as this is way out in country. was very careful and was glad there was not traffic on it. There are two beautiful farms in the area so I could have walked to them is anything had happened but got up and down again safely. The township has a lot of work to do there.
I ordered a box of small garbage bags awhile back for the small garbage cans in bedrooms and bathroom. Now don't know what I did with it. Sure it is in a good place out of the way. so far not under beds or closets. Maybe I used them all!!!
Mar we don't have mosquitoes but then it has been windy here or breezy, hoping the standing water in ditches etc is gone by time we get into the hot muggy days. We are bothered mostly at dusk. and I have citronella candles for the porch and good bug spray. Hope that is enough. The bounty dryer sheets are good for the bee season, those yellow jackets are mean. the golfers all put them in their pockets and golf bags and darn it works well.
I have 3 packages to mail today. one dropped off at the UPS pick up point. and two Priority boxes for the post office.
Just found out my DGD#2 has to see another Dr, the baby is a bit under weight that she is carrying. The appointment is in week and a half. Sure wish she could have gotten in this week. she is a real worrier. She is 4 months along. Hope it is just that they are being cautious. Has not had morning sickness just a little nauseous, and that has seemed to be better. Oh gosh, Hope all is well.

Connie, will say a prayer that all is well with the baby. I think that worry is by far the worst that any adult can have. Hoping they are being over cautious.

The boys are kindle mavens, so books are out - a gift certificate to amazon is not off the table yet....Niece just told me MIL paid for the kids to go to camp, so that is back in the plan. I told her that MIL volunteered because those two growing boys, with time on their hands would probably end up in her refrigerator all summer long. It was a self preservation move on her part - she lives across the street!

All I got done was getting taking my car to the car wash. The headache came back and now just watching a Netflix show. If you want to see bazaar stories watch The Black Mirror. Watching the second one now. The first was so strange.
Dayle- strengthening the hip is a great idea before surgery.
Connie - prayers sent your way the baby is ok. Amazing they even know at 4 months the weight. It’s good you got to the cemetery and back with no problems. Is there cell service there.
