B: Small flax meal blueberry muffin with thin spread of Smart Balance Light omega 3; low fat plain yogurt with fresh berries; 4 oz Tropicana 50 OJ; coffee with skim milk
L: Open-faced ham and low fat cheese on 647 wheat with various fresh veggies OR a nice portion of chicken vegetable stir fry (no rice); either way... broccoli
D: The homemade thin crust gourmet pizza I had planned to make a couple days ago; one glass red wine
S: Espresso and something else reasonable that works
