Happy birthday, Liz.
No plans today..
should finally get to the only chair yoga class all week ...i tend to forget because it is an odd time.., 12:15. Should be doing water class but not too sure about getting this skin into pool at the Y that has lots of kids learning to swim most hours of the morning. that chlorine smell comes from pool chemicals reacting to urine!

So true about junk, Linda. I hope you made it to chair yoga. It is good to keep supple. I donβt do bathing suits, but your description of the pool would be enough to put me off. Karen, how was Osteo and the Nustep? How was the podcast? Did you bring any goodies home from the stores? The Bread Man makes good sprouted wheat and great pretzels. Iggy likes the baby ciabattas and sesame bagels. Next time I am going to tey the roasted vegetable enchiladas. I had the beans and avocado salad so I didnβt need enchiladas. I saw the promo for the Beatles movie. It sounds great. I met my GF and her DD. Our other friend couldnβt make it. They both filled up with goodies but since I am there every Saturday I just had lunch. The market is in an old freight warehouse and is run by MetroParks. It does not have AC so we only spent a couple of hours there. I had a roasted eggplant panini with a cucumber salad. It was very good. The temp is 88Β° with a RealFeel β’ of 99Β°. I am chugging water right now. Waving to all the gang and hoping you got through the DMV, Liz, and are on your way home for birthday paella.

Thanks for the start, Chele. You're getting good at creating those virtual birthday cakes. Sorry your other friend had to cancel out, but good that 3 of you were able to go. I can imagine that you didn't stay out long in that heat and humidity. Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! With cucumber being mostly water, that salad should have hit the spot. NuStep went well but Osteo not so well. Not sure why. One of the machines I couldn't even hit the number I had on my very first visit. Just one of those days I guess.
Liz, how did things go at the vet for Zoe today? Hope you hit DMV at a slow time so you were able to get in and out quickly. Hope you have been having an enjoyable birthday, despite having to endure St. Crazy. Fingers crossed for paella.
TN hasn't had mandatory inspections on vehicles for several years but emissions testing is required in a handful of counties. It was strange when we moved here because every place we had previously lived had mandatory inspections. Hope everything was A-OK on your vehicle.
Kathy, I think a lot of downtown areas have such expensive retail space that a grocery store couldn't turn a profit, since they are high volume and low profit enterprises. That's a very unfortunate situation, however. I think I heard something from my cousin in Cape Coral about that cloud of dust preventing tropical systems but heard it after I asked you about the potential. I didn't find the Teavana at Publix but did find it at Target and it was only $1.99 a bottle. I found the Pineapple Blue Berry herbal one that I was looking for. It has some sugar, so 90 calories. Target also had the one that you got at Publix. While I was at Publix today, I found Greenwise Southwest Style Quinoa in the frozen foods section. I thought that might be a nice thing to accompany my dinner this evening. Until I looked at the nutritional info and it has 22 grams of fat. Granted, that's for the entire bag, but even if I only ate half of it, that's still way more fat than I want to eat. I don't know what I'll have for dinner but it won't be that.
LOL on junk, Linda. That is absolutely true! Did you go to chair yoga today? 12:15 is definitely an odd time. Wonder why they chose that time. I do not miss the smell of a chlorinated pool. Even when the lake smells a little fishy, that is preferable for me. Technically, a pool that is being properly maintained should not have that odor.
Plugged tire seems to be doing fine, fortunately. I saw 93 on the real feel is over 100. I even turned on the AC for a while on the way home, which I usually don't do. There are a few showers around, so maybe that will cool things down a bit--or heat them up worse. It's definitely vacation time. The tourists are here en masse. Traffic was a mess. Glad to be home with no plans to go anywhere until Tuesday. With the holiday being on a Thursday, I will do Osteo on Tuesday next week.

Linda, too true on the junk and the origins of that public pool smell. Ewwww! Chele, glad you enjoyed your lunch. Karen, I'm glad you found the Teavana. Let me know how you like the Pineapple Blue Berry. That quinoa must've had a lot of oil added for that much fat. What? You can ride in a car without the AC on? I saw the NY Times named Gatlinburg as one of the best destinations for July 4 celebrations. I've never been there for one of the big holidays, but can imagine how bad the traffic would be around there. Good plan to move up the Osteo to Tuesday. Waving to Liz and Becky.

Thanks for the start Chele.I don't do swimsuits anymore either mostly because of the saggy and wrinkled skin.I'm glad you enjoyed your lunch. You are really having a heat wave. We topped out at 92 but it got cloudy and rained around us although we didn't get any and it's now 77.It has been so humid and the mold is very high.
Karen I think TX will always have yearly inspections.Normally Kenneth has to also show the inspection document and insurance card when he gets the tags. This time they already had all of that on the computer. Our car is only 3 years old and not a whole lot of miles so everything was fine.
Kathy I know that's unheard of being in the car without the AC blasting isn't it?Neither you or I know anything about that.
