C98D19, 25 points and 1162 calories + isolated early bird dinner, 8 water
table tennis and treadmill
I did great all day and kept to my plan for dinner except that they included a salad in addition to the potatoes and veggies and in addition to the planned bread and butter, I had a 3" square of pizza that came out as an extra appetizer. But when I got home after dinner and canasta, I went a little crazy coming to 13 points and 389 calories over plan. Can't say why but it was all counted and tracked and 23 weeklies still remain so again I won't call it a binge. I did, though, have a wonderful time. We all did. We're planning to go back Christmas time as they are known for fixing the place up beautifully at that time. Not looking forward to Saturday's WI <g>

Busy, busy day yesterday. We live in a raised ranch, so my downstairs is a man cave/laundry room area. I typically don’t clean down there, I make Dave do it. Omg. It was so bad. I spent almost four hours cleaning downstairs, then another hour touching up the upstairs. This was after work and a late lunch. I’m glad it’s done. If DH and I don’t divorce by the end of the party it will be a miracle.
Lori, you are absolutely right. I was too busy to overeat yesterday. How did you sleep last night? It sounds like a good idea to add those supplements.
Cindy, I hope you’re having fun with your lifelong friend!
Nancy, I really don’t think you did all that bad. You tracked it, and were able to keep it under 400 calories.
Alright, I’m up and running. Work this morning, then a huge trip to Costco to get last minute party food and the cakes. As a bonus, I get to feed 12 people tonight. It will either be Costco pizza or burgers.

Jan - I'm exhausted just thinking about everything you're doing. Not only will it be a great party, but on the other end you'll have a ship shape house. Win Win. How much are the kids helping? Who are the other 7 people for dinner tonight? And how many are you expecting at the party?

Lori - It's weird. I couldn't fall asleep last night. Got some work done on my computer. Finally fell asleep at about 4:30. Got up at 8 feeling great. Having said that, I'm taking an online safety driver cost for seniors (saves 120 a year on auto insurance for 3 years) and keep falling asleep as it drones on. Had some lunch and I'll try again. How are you doing in the food department. Back on track?

I tried lemon yogurt with my grapes the other day. Really good.
Still not getting in enough exercise. Thermometer says it's 85 outside right now.
On track today have 9 SP left for dinner.

Louise - I just got back from a nice long walk. 83 degrees but comfortable for some reason. The lemon yogurt and grapes sounds refreshing. 9 SP would be plenty for me for dinner. What did you decide to have?

Oh my gosh, it’s 7:54 and I’m done for the day!!! I didn’t get home from Costco and two other errands until 2:30 or 3:00. My parents and my sister and her boys arrived from NY at around 4:00 and we jammed through the work. Huge broccoli salad made, pasta salad made, orzo fruit salad made, tonight’s dinner made (take & bake pizzas and salad, cheesecake), fruit salad and remainder of watermelon cut up, veggie tray cut up, lettuce and tomatoes for tacos chopped........
DH’s friend from HS and his son are here, as well as my family. That was the 12 for dinner. My mom said not to worry about dinner, but I already had everything. I think around 65 people have RSVP’d yes, plus whatever kids show up. It should be a very fun time. I’m looking forward to seeing so many people at one time, it’s almost like a wedding.
Lunch was frozen yogurt from Costco and sugar snap peas, lol. Not the best but certainly not terrible. Cauliflower pizza and salad for dinner with a small piece of cheesecake. I may have another.
Someone came up after class this morning and told me that she’s never seen me this thin. It really made me feel good.
Happy weekend, ladies.
