WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here! This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20. Good morning all! I didn't go to the gym this morning for spinning class. I decided I needed the sleep more so I can get over this cold. Fortunately it's not a bad cold.
Amy, glad to hear you're getting some sleep and WTG on your exercise!
Brenda, WTG on getting your steps in! So nice to have the towpath nearby. Does it get very sloppy when things start to thaw?
We've had several really nice, warm days here, including breaking a record yesterday for the high temperature (upper 60). We're supposed to have another 60-ish day and then winter returns tomorrow afternoon with at least a 30 degree drop in the temperature. That should make for some interesting storm activity and wind!

Good morning. I have almost 5,000 steps already. Good sleep. Appetite back. But sticking to 33 points I hope I lose tomorrow
