We will leave for the beach house tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to it at all. Just more work for me! I had trouble getting online today so I texted Harriet so I hope she sees the thread in the morning.
Shana is out now playing on the ranch. I walked out there to talk to one of our boarder ladies and saw about 20 rabbits playing in the grass. Just too many for sure. They also have big holes - like gophers. Not good for the horses for sure.
Harriet: Those things that are FREE are really not totally free....but at least they keep up away from the bad stuff. Noom works on calories rather than portions so I'm not really eating all the best things for me...and I am losing very slow. Oh, I did find the powdered peanut butter in Smart "n" Final. I've been looking for it and this is the first time they have it. So, I got it and that should help me have my p-nut butter without getting my head stuck in the jar.
Nancy: Haven't heard the results of the EKG for Jim. It was the cat, not the dog that went to the vet. She is allergic probably to the carpet cleaner's soap in the carpet. I haven't had him clean the carpet for a long, long time......before Cocoa....You should make Bill a nice home cooked meal some night. I'll bet he would appreciate that. I am glad he has a sister to hang out with tho'. I'm sure it makes a huge difference when losing a spouse.
Sandy: Maybean looks a lot like my Cocoa.....but Cocoa's white is under her and not on her face. She is feeling a lot better today. I used to give the original Cocoa 1/2 can of wet food but just use the dry food now -- made for indoor kitties. I do give her a treat to clean her teeth. I put a few of them in her bowl.
Let's get into our circle of wagons now and sing by the fire "WE CAN DO THIS, YES WE CAN...WE CAN LOSE NEW POUNDS...MY THIN FRIENDS!"
