B: coffee with kitu creamer (still don't like it much but I had another container and I refuse to toss it lol) L: steak salad w/provolone crisps and Kens northern light Italian dressing D: ugly green bean casserole (brown ground turkey with lots of garlic, some onion, add french green beans (rinse of canned), salt pepper, cream cheese and shredded cheddar).
