Hello everyone! My name is Lisa and I signed up online for weight watchers, have ordered materials from the ww website and will go to my first meeting Tuesday night. I haven't weighed myself lately but I am probably around 330 lbs. Back in 2007 ish I did weight watchers (starting at 325 lbs) and got down to 167 lbs.....but then gained it all back. I know weight watchers works!
I'm just wondering how people feel about the new program compared to past versions? Also, what are some of your favorite, filling, go-to items that have been life savers for you?

Hello Lisa!
Welcome! I have not done the newest program, so I can't really help you there. I did Momentum back in 2009/2010 and PointsPlus in 2011/2012 (I did not like PP). I did a couple of days of SmartPoints back in the day, but could never get into it. Hopefully someone else will have some insight for you on how the new plan is.
I follow Momentum using itrackbites and it is by far my favourite plan. I keep taking time off and returning to it. I'm trying to work Momentum while working on some underlying issues that led me to this place.
If you're up for it, you should join the monthly thread. It's a pretty good group.

I'm also starting back over. I lost 85 lbs on ww before and I also know it works... Its all about a mindset for me. Ww support keeps me on track. I'm just starting the new plan. I started online and am attending my first meeting July 5th. Good luck.... We got this. 😉

Hello maemti and loserforever - Welcome to the board. I hope you will post over in our monthly thread for a lot to use, we can always use more support I wish you the best with the new plan. I haven't tried it, but right now I'm kind of eating along those lines. Lots of people really enjoy the current plan and I hope that you will too and that it will be successful for you. I think there are members on this board using Freestyle so I'm sure you'll get some good ideas/tips by checking out all the different threads around the board. I lost a bunch of weight using the old Momentum plan, but then found that program didn't work well for me to maintain my loss and I've gained some weight back and I'm working to lose it again. It's a lot of work, but I've found it worth it for my health.
