WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20. It' Saturday! Our challenge today is to work those abs.
Challenges this week: Sun -go the extra mile! Mon -OP day Tues -work those arms! Wed -journal it Thurs -at least 6 servings water Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies Sat -work those abs

Good morning. Good sleep, Go to WW. Just ate breakfast. It is 520 We leave in 2 hours for WW. So I will only drink. I went out last night with Russ family. I had chicken breast took skin off and green beans and salad greens. I brought thawed frozen peaches for my desert.

I think I will lose. Only eating healthy food. i am glad I can have 8 meals with protein. 4 4oz cans of tunafish which I love in 16 slices of heathy life. half a can per sandwich, And my 4 tablespoons of peanut butter not on bread. 2 cups of thawed frozen peaches and banana and gelatin I feel full and satisfied. mostly pacing for 10,000 steps at least a day.

it is light before 630 in the morning. We had snow overnight not much. but covered everything. Yesterday freezing rain. I may go over russ apartment at 7am. We leave half hour later. I am not so anxious. going to get NY times 7 days a week starting next week. I have already been getting 5 days a week. Solidarity.

Amy thanks for the start. Yea on what your lawyer said!! Good luck at your meeting.
Debbie it does get yucky down there, but we have had a mild winter. I'm not sure it got much of anything this year. That's good you got some rest. How are you feeling today?
Mo how are you doing?
I do not have Sue's email. I've thought about her and have missed her posting.
I have company coming for dinner. So need to clean up around here. Yesterday was so nice here. I have a bad head so didn't meet my steps. Oh well.
