Cooler at the shore
S - Usual coffee B - Mushroom/onion/spinach/cheddar omelet over mixed greens with evoo and lemon, 1/2 lite em L - Onion soup (I know but I was craving it) with homemade crouton and ff mozzarella S - Cotton candy grapes D - Arctic char with either tarragon sauce or WW hollandaise, tabbouleh E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights

Breakfast: Coffee, black, without sugar Coffee Mate, sugar free, Italian Sweet Cream Yogurt, Greek, Dannon Light & Fit
Lunch: Bread, Wonder Bread, Classic White Egg, raw Cream, heavy, unwhipped Bacon, center cut, Oscar Mayer Milk, skim (fat-free)
Dinner: Chicken, Barber Foods Chicken Cordon Bleu Brussels sprouts, cooked Oil, vegetable Corn, yellow, on the cob Butter, regular, with salt Milk, skim (fat-free)
Snacks: Diet Coke
