S - Usual coffee
B - Mushroom/onion/spinach/cheddar omelet over mixed greens with evoo and lemon, 1/2 lite em
L - Onion soup (I know but I was craving it) with homemade crouton and ff mozzarella
S - Cotton candy grapes
D - Arctic char with either tarragon sauce or WW hollandaise, tabbouleh
E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights
