affirmation - my decisions reflect my goals health goal - focus on getting some work done today. Already feeling pressure. fitness goal - UBWO and some light cardio gratitude - a cold and snowy day with nothing on the calendar. It finally feels like winter!

Lisa: Thank you for waking up with the early birds and getting our weekend conversation started. I hope the information I gave you helps your MIL. I can tell you that my PT is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP Pelvic). If I can get any other info, specific to the type of therapy, let me know. I did learn that pelvic surgery can lead to adhesions in the fascia tissue (may not be saying that correctly) and those adhesions can cause cramping/pain ☘ It sounds like your gardening seminar was a hit. Congratulations on planning ahead and passing on the food they provided.
Pat: I've been meaning to ask: has the WW program changed at all? I know, sometimes, there are changes in the new year, so I was just curious to know if they'd made any modifications to the plan.
Daily Affirmation: Wellness is the natural state of my body.
Fitness Goal: interval training and PT exercises
Health Goal: continue to balance all things in my life: body (food, exercise, stretching), mind (plan a battle-strategy for those things I am worried and stressed about) and spirit (resume daily meditation)
Gratitude: a lovely week with Spring-like weather.

Good Afternoon, dear ones!
I am alive and well! Thank you for missing me! I did try to post from my phone a day or two ago but all my stuff went "poof"...must have been a bad WiFi connection.
I will definitely take a look at the website, etc. mentioned previously, as I have stress incontinence at times. Always a consideration when planning long walks and hikes.

Pat - what sort of infusion are you doing? I wish you smooth sailing. My sweetie is going for a Rituxan infusion on Tuesday. I pack a picnic lunch and keep him company/distracted on these excursions.

Good morning and Happy Sunday all! ♥ Thank you for starting us, Lisa. Suzanne, if you have experienced the Smart Points program, that is still the current WW program. New materials came out in December but the plan is the same. Carol, I get Actemra every six weeks to keep my RA somewhat under control. Best wishes to your sweetie, Rituxan is a long infusion. Waves to Michelle and Anetta and anyone who comes by. Daily Affirmation - everything's gonna be alright. Fitness Report - great gym workout featuring weights/PT for lower body and back, treadmill, bike and weights for arms and shoulders, also snuck in 20 minutes of Pilates before going. Health Goal - have a wonderful time at the yoga studio 9th birthday events with my grand niece, the new yogini in the family! Gratitude - a day of fun planned.

Suzanne, thanks for the info. I just sent it on to MIL. She was over last night and I was telling her about it. Realize I have to watch how I talk, since my SIL is a Physical Therapy Doc for Rehab Institute of Chicago, and everyone in the fam thinks she is God. I value her opinion highly, but she never responds when I talk about alternative methods.

I had my newest 1 week old grandniece and family over for dinner last night, oh..... soooo nice to have a baby in the family again! I could hold and rock her forever!

I 'almost' blew it off, so glad I didn't! gratitude - one of our friends adult kids was in a snowboard accident in Tahoe yesterday. He's gonna be ok. Ruptured his spleen and broke a few ribs. He'll be spending the remainder of the trip in the hospital for a week. Safest place for him!!!
Off to a baby shower for my GF's first grandchild who is already here! Gettin my baby fix in this week!
