DebDoesWW, DotRen, I just saw the newest weather update. Looks like the storm could slip into Texas on Saturday/Sunday. Stay alert (duh, of course you are!)

((( cyndee))) I'm so sorry about your bird and uncle.Hugs and prayers. DebDoesWW I don't think I want to stay in the UK long enough to take that offer. You might be on your own. However if it's cooler, has no humidity or hurricanes I might think about moving there.I wonder if we could all make up a UK address and take advantage of it here.

{{{ cyndee}}} the loss of your parrot was sad enough; then add a family member and it is a sad week for you. Glad you held your own while on vacation and are getting back on track tomorrow. Hang in there. borntexan I think the storms might not be an issue; but I think you’d have “damp in the cellar” from the cold temps and humidity. Just guessing, though, since I’ve never been there. Currently 62° and 62% humidity—you could easily get that in San Francisco and save a lot of air fare. DebDoesWW, looks like we’ll sitting together, first class, for the trip to the U.K., ‘cuz with all the $$$ we’ll save we can afford the upgrade!
