Lunch: Steamed Dumplings Pork & Vegetable Pot Stickers Milk, skim (fat-free)
Dinner: Mushroom Risotto (SLT) Chicken Picatta Brussels sprouts, cooked Oil, olive Milk, skim (fat-free)
Snacks: Diet Coke Ice Cream Bar
