Monday, July 15: 125.6 - up 0.2 lb. Dealing with sodium weight creep. I bought more beef jerky than I normally do (the size of the packets got larger). It's not working out for me as I cannot resist the lure of the jerky. I need to buy fewer containers at a time. Some lessons you just have to keep learning.

Went to my WW meeting and I'm up .6 from last week. Aha, I looked at my morning weights and I was up .7 this morning from my weight last Monday morning.
