Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. Drove 40mph on the freeway to Byblos to buy a part for the axle...ugh...then home again at low speed. Ate lunch (too much) and left my phone there SO had to go back for it. Not a day as I had planned it but at least it is behind me and today will be better!

You had me at 40 mph. Kinda a high speed for me on my bicycle!! Yesterday I walked 75' w two of my walking buddies. Nice. I rode 45' on my bike through the wetlands and saw a bald eagle and also a great blue heron that was catching a bullfrog.
