It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. On Tuesday did quick 30' walk biked 45' to yoga and did 60' class. Then we went to Vancouver Washington to see the rare blooming of a "Corpse Flower" Titan arum. The Washington State University Vancouver campus had one grown from seed that came from University of Wisconsin. Stood in line for an hour and a half. Very large upright flower with brown center. Wednesday was tired but did a 75' walk w buddies and a 40' bike ride in wetlands.
