100 Day Challenge 💯 If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! Sorry I haven't been around, the heat is getting to me and I've been a bit discouraged with my sticking to my plan. Thursday - Friday - I'm trying to hang in there and not give up. Hope everyone else is doing well and that you have a good weekend.

I didn't intend to drop out of this challenge, I just lost focus for awhile! So I'm jumping on board again for the second half, LOL! I guess this would be a great opportunity to tweak my goals, too.
For Friday, 7/19: Food 🙂 Activity: 😐 Went on the treadmill, too muggy for a hike. But only 1/2 way to step goal
