100 Day Challenge 💯 If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! So I've done 1 week of Whole 30 religiously. I'm starting with my coach today. She had to delay our start but I really needed to start so our Day 1 is really my Day 8. The only thing is, her program prohibits fruit. It's even more restrictive. I am afraid that she will ask me to give it up going forward. I reached out last night but haven't heard back yet. I was with my grandchildren over the weekend and ate out once. That's super difficult to do on the program. I did take a cooler with some of the stuff I knew I'd need or want. And I'm travelling most of August but will have full kitchens everywhere and access to groceries. I'm definitely in the right mindset!
