S - Usual coffee B - Veggie cheese frittata over frisee w/evoo and lemon, 647 wheat toast L - Lamb gyro with homemade tzatziki (cucumber and tomatoes from the garden) D - 1/2 Italian. The calories were fine but the sodium! E - Spin

Breakfast: Coffee w/SFCM Poached eggs on air-fried polenta
Lunch: Cheeseburger Steak fries
Dinner: Baked polenta (This is a lasagna-like recipe with layers of polenta, Italian gravy (sauce), and cheeses. Is is a recipe an elderly friend used to make; she passed in 2014. I’ve never made it but it looks like it will come out great. Skim milk
Snacks: Diet Coke Water

Homemade taco salad (bought a 3 lb sale pack of ground beef so I've been eating the leftovers for 4 days now! Glad it's finished.)
Not sure what yet for dinner although I have a four pack of sale orange bell peppers to use up now.
