Today's food so far will be roasted orange bell peppers with pizza toppings (marinara, provolone, parm, pepperoni, spicy salami, crumbled bacon. And an arugula salad with lemon juice and crispy onions.

L- Ice coffee- skim milk - Fat Free TJ's greek yogurt - banana
D- salmon, roasted butternut squash, steamed broccoli w/lemon
S- Cherries- Plum - TJ's dried fruit-Just Mango slices. ---------------- Intermittent Fasting/ Time Restricted eating. 12/12 minimum- 16/8 max

I'm finally home, I went into work early, left by 11 stayed at the hospital until 430 and went back to work until 730. I'm exhausted mentally and physically. Glad I took food with me. B poppyseed pancake and coffee L hard boiled eggs and cherries D ham sandwich and a built bar. Freestyle points 15. Ugh.
