WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Hello! I was down 0.4 from last week but being that I was down 3 pounds earlier in the week, I'm not too pleased with myself. I seem to have lost my way again so going to hit the kitchen for some healthy foods for this week and need to be more consistent this week with exercise. Between the headcold and being on call my week was messed up!
GOALS: -at least 60 minutes of aerobics exercise daily -3 weight lifting workouts -knee and foot exercise everyday

I am eating 7 meal a day which I need with Healthy Life bread 4 peanut butter sandwiches and three tuna sandwiches. I am eating 5 fruit. and 1732 calories now a day.

rather 5 meals. Bought chicken breasts and borrowed a skillet from a friend here. Amazon is sending me a cast iron skillet and it is coming Tuesday. Got my 10,000 steps. I ate 8 oz of cooked chicken breast for 5 points.
