Did a bit of sweeping and such yesterday. May do more today.
BOB: Glad you are keeping busy! Do you think that the bike riders are "cleaner" than they were in the past? I am thinking about the Lance Armstrong drama...and wondering

Good question Cathy. I think all professional athletes try to do their best within the rules and yes some stray trying to get an edge as you say. I have heard or read that endurance pro athletes like bike riders could be using "ketone doping" which is perfectly legal and suppose to enhance endurance. I know that everything is monitored on the riders as they ride from power output to heart rate and more. Sadly the race stage 19 was stopped due to hail/snow several inches deep in an isolated spot on the descent from a Mt top. The french rider, whom I like, Julian Alaphillippe lost the leader yellow jersey as they took the time from the top of the Mt. He was unlikely to win it all but gosh so close to the end of the Tour de France. Today's ride was also cut in half which is a mixed blessing. Julian will give his all but probably not catch up the 48 seconds he needs to recapture the lead. The good part is that he will likely retain his second place finish I think. Yesterday I walked 75' and rode 50' to gym for 30' of upper body weights.
