I didn’t realize that I didn’t post this morning. Oh, well, breakfast wasn’t anything special.
Breakfast: Coffee w/SFCM Rye toast w/butter
Lunch: Pizza @ California Pizza Kitchen
Dinner: Baked Polenta “lasagna” Skim milk
Snacks: Diet Coke Water Drumstick ice cream cone

B- Plain FF Greek yogurt with fruit, seeds etc. Ice coffee w/almond milk
L- banana, TJ's carrot juice
D- burger, big salad, roasted butternut squash, slice toasted italian bread w/garlic & nutritional yeast
S- TJ's Just mango slice, TJ's star cookies, 1 peanut butter/chocolate cup
E- Dance classes, walk/jog 1 mile, gym machines
