I do love pistachios! When I have to shell them, they're easy to count.

I get 3# bags at Costco and they are great to snack on. I "think" they are also nutritious, with reason! 1/4 cup=5 SP

I love them but cannot have them in the house. I have no self control when it comes to nuts. I only buy them to make cranberry pistachio biscotti for Christmas gifts, in the smallest bag I can find.

I love them. I put them on my morning Greek yogurt.
I buy the no salt shelled bag from Trader Joe's.

Pistachios are my favorite nut! I love the preshelled salted bag from Walmart but i don't dare buy them.

I like pistachios too. Twice I even made homemade pistachio ice cream, but I'll admit it was not diet friendly.

I love pistachios.
If I have them unshelled, I'll eat them by the handful. But if I get them in the shell, I'm usually able to count them out and eat a measured portion. The vending machine at work even has a small bag of unshelled ones that I think is only about 80 calories.
