I am seeing a downward trend. There are ups and downs but each week so far I have been down, on average, about a pound. Lowest this past week was 204.6 but that was Wednesday morning then...Wednesday happened.

The grocery store didn't have my preferred cheese and jerky last week, so I have been saintly since Wednesday. Except for the Tortellini at the wedding.

Went to my WW meeting and was up .2 from last Monday night. That's pretty good since I was up .7 this morning on my scale from last Monday morning on my scale.
