ann1953, so sorry! I'm sure she was a good kitty. (I still miss my tuxedo cat who we had to euthanize in 2012. He was a month short of his 18th birthday. I have another sweet boy now, but I don't think any other animal will have the same place in my heart as my Sundae. The vet cried after he gave him the shot; everyone loved him. Sorry to hijack your loss; your post just brought it all back.) Friday, August 2: 123.6 - no change

Thank you for that Lani. We just left the vet. She is with her Boston Terrier Luigi and all her kitty friends. May they all RIP

So...WI today SUCKED. Totally, absolutely SUCKED. I was OP all week and even though I lost a day at the gym, I was up 1.8! I started reviewing my week and the only thing I can think of is this - last Friday night we went to our usual Asian place and brought home leftovers. We went back again Saturday night because we were out and about and I didn't want to cook, and we took home leftovers. And we ate the leftovers Sunday night. So that was 3 nights of Asian food with likely very high sodium. On top of that, I did not drink nearly enough water this past week, I was really bad, I mean hardly any water at all. So is the lack of water and the sodium from 3 nights early in the week enough to give a gain like this? I'd love to hear what you long timers think. I'm staring at a big thing of water right now and plan on drinking the hell out of water and liquids this week to see if I can get the scale to drop down to where I expected to be today. Really disappointed in myself.

surfgirl It can totally be from sodium. A few days of flushing it out with water and at least most of your small gain will be history. KOKO.
