It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. Started some stretching exercises...my left shoulder is tight and need to stretch it out so why not stretch everything?
BOB: Too bad about the race being stopped at the wrong spot for your rider to take it all. I hope he comes in second. I wonder if athletes compete against themselves or against the pack?
