B- Greek yogurt with banana, decaf coffee L- Ham & swiss wrap, apple, milk D- Pork tenderloin with Tuscan beans & Balsamic roasted veggies (both recipes from WW's Yes Italian book), water zazzles I forgot to mention that I tried 2 recipes from the Yes Italian book last week. We had the Steak Florentine, which was very good. I was a bit dubious about the fennel but it added a nice flavor. We also had the Shrimp Scampi. My son & I loved it. I didn't use the tarragon because my son hates it. I just used a bit more parsley & thyme. ETA: Update on dinner. Pork tenderloin was tasty but I'd use less salt & more herb next time. None of us were wild about the beans. Loved the roasted veggies. I used mushrooms instead of eggplant in the roasted veggies.

Cobb salad. Not sure yet what will be for dinner. I had cake at a birthday party yesterday and it was so good! Made me crave again today but I will resist the temptation!
