The "steak sandwich" tomatoes are amazingly tasty!
S - Usual coffee B - Chicken caprese salad L - BLT w/cheese D - Arctic char with avocado horseradish cream, fresh picked green beans, maybe a grape tomato salad E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights
Today's fresh picked produce is tomatoes, basil and green beans

Clean out the fridge lunch. There is something so satisfying to me about eating what I have and letting the fridge get pretty empty before I restock it. I grew up with parents who didn't even know what was in the back of the shelves because they kept it overfilled and food at the back got lost in the shuffle. Gross! So as my own keeper of the fridge I like to do the opposite!
Lunch today:
The last of some linguica sausage 2 Persian cucumbers with cream cheese and ham Some tuna salad on lettuce leaves wrapped around a pickle spear.
