Track, move and hydrate
Cathy, I hope you have a good lunch today Bee, were there changes in Bible Study snacks? DH has two conference calls in the morning so I am going to walk on the beach and look for shells. We will have lunch at the house and drive to San Luis Obispo at 4 so we can walk around town before dinner at the Big Sky Cafe. Happy last day of July.

None yet, Audrey. But she buys in bulk for such, so it may take a while.
I can try to figure out where July has gone in such a hurry.
Also will be willing, aware and hydrated.

I am willing to see cooler weather. We hit 101 and humid 2 days in a row.Austin had a high of 103.I could never live in AZ.
I am pre-tracked for tomorrow.I will hydrate and get some light exercise in like today.Follow the GHG's(well most of them anyway)and will be mindful of portion sizes.
Audrey Have an enjoyable day.It sounds like fun.

Plans have already changed. Ember in Arroyo Grande was closed so we ate at Big Sky in San Luis Obispo. The town is so quiet because Cal Poly and schools are all closed. I had an organic chicken breast with honey ginger carrots and a few roasted potatoes and started with vegetable spring rolls. We will try Ember tonight.

Wow! Last day of July already. Where did it go!?!?! Enjoy your change of plans Audrey Bee - Hope there are at least some enjoyable offerings. Becky - At least it doesn't stay that hot for long here. And I have been blessed with onshore breezes this week which have kept it pretty nice for walking. I'm in, planned and tracked except for dinner. For now, off to "last chance" spin before WI.

Good morning all. Susi I'm with you. Where DID July go? Seems like it was just the 4th. Amazing. I'm looking forward to cooler temps. Once again we dodged a horrific storm complete with hail. It went north of us. MJ enjoy the great adventure with MissMouse and the Mice Audrey enjoy the changed plans. Your dinner sounds good. HOpe you find a lot of pretty shells Bee I shall join you in the willing and aware departments. Becky I started to measure things out again. My portions were growing Today will be another low key day for me. I do want to hit Marshal's and the $ Tree. Other than that nothing on the agenda. Waving and wishing AWF a good OP day.

Its been a really busy morning at work but hopefully after lunch won't be so crazy. Got a short walk and bike ride in Tuesday evening right before dark. I could have went a little longer but DH spotted bats flying over head - I got scared and went inside. The last thing I need is a bat landing on me while I'm pedaling a bicycle and for me to hit the pavement. Today will be a KOKO kind of day. We had a work morning meeting today and I passed over pastries and biscuits from Hardees and went for the fresh fruit...yay me Audrey, hope you find some lovely shells Bee, If you find out what happened to July let me know Becky, stay cool Susi, great job planning as usual MJ, be cafeful! Ann, enjoy shopping and your low key day. will ck back in a bit...waving to the rest

Circuit, tracking, hydrating, eating intentionally, and shopping from my grocery list. Thatβs what my blue day looks like today as I smile and bring July to a close.

Yeah LaDonna for passing on the pastries. That's not easy to do I don't blame you for cutting the bike ride short. Bats would have done me in as well. Shopping is done. Picked up paper products at the $ Tree and a few greeting cards. Pam you will close July on a happy note Time to get a move on now. I need a cup of coffee and after that will do the last load of laundry.
