Thursday I am willing to go and weigh in for the month and collect my etool voucher. So far that's the only plan I have other than plan track and walk.

Thursday will be the last day of the work week for me. I will KOKO doing what I know to do. DH is out of town a few days working but should be home Friday night - possibly Saturday. DD started a new job today. She could not take the night shift anymore. She had to take a pay cut but hopefully will be happier. It will just be us girls for a few days. Ann, hope your WI goes well. Thanks for getting us up and going Becky, these dog days sure do make me long for fall. Hope you can keep cool. Bee wow that is a nice temp for this time of year...enjoy June, welcome back Β Β

Hi Everyone Dinner last night was spectacular so I will be careful eating today. It was worth every bite. Yesterday I made my scrambled eggs with cherry tomatoes. DH liked them so I will make them again today. We may go into Cambria, a cute town north of us near Hearst Castle. Whatever we end up doing will include walking. LaDonna, I hope DD likes her new job Bee, enjoy the cool weather. Fresno has few days in the 80s. Ann, have a good WI. Becky, just stay cool in the heat. Will K eat salads for dinner? Mine will only if I make them hearty. Welcome back June Iβll catch up with everyone later.

I had fun Wednesday. We ended up with eight women around the table...just can fit that many or I have to bring in another table. I ended up with more food than I thought I would as hubby brought in a cabbage and I had already made a salad. So: Chicken adobo, beans in tomato sauce, brown rice, ramen cabbage salad with peas and pineapple and almonds, green salad with tomatoes and green pepper, 7-layer bean dip and nacho chips to scoop with, sugar-free jello for dessert with figs and grapes. We have leftovers though I sent some home with the ladies. Most of the dip is gone, the chicken the cat turns her nose up at, most of the beans will be eaten as will the rice, the salads, if not eaten today, will be composted.
So, what am I willing to do today?
* commit to a more OP month in August than July * track the food I eat * balance & moderation * hydrate
I am considering planning BUT am not sure how well that would work as there is always produce in the garden to incorporate into the menu for the day...hmm...themes for each day or by protein or???
More later - hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning all. WB June Good to see you. I know just what you mean by getting back to 'normal' Cathy happy you and your friends had a great day. Too much food...that's a problem but I'm sure you will incorporate it well. You are fortunate to have produce available in your garden Audrey so happy that you so enjoyed your meal It is worth each and every point when it's so tasty LaDonna that's great that DD quit the night job. That has to be hard. Enjoy your 'girlie time' Bee I shall be willing and aware with you. Becky, try to keep cool. I know it's hard when the temps are rising. The rain we had did cool things down. Right now I can just about see out my window...very foggy and overcast out there! Waving and wishing all a great OP Thursday

Good goal Ann Becky stay cool! Good morming Bee Good to see you back June Audrey - That meal looked AMAZING!! That's lots of food Cathy. Good luck with your leftovers. I'm in. The accountant is in today so that usually means lunch out but I have a back up just in case. Skipped my meeting last night due to torrential rains which let to discovering a leak in my dryer vent. My handyman is coming Sunday morning to fix.

β¨π°White Rabbit!π°β¨
I'm IN and sitting in a recliner at the MousekeHouse. Toots is upstairs on the sofa listening to his ipod. The Mice are not stirring - I guess yesterday at Great Adventure tired them out (I know that I'M tired, LOL). This is an add-on MHSS; the GrandWags are still away.
Since Toots will be full-charge here tomorrow (YM community service event, Coast Guard Day), we will eventually drag the Mice to ShopRite, go to our house to unpack, have lunch, and then the Mice and I will come back here until Miss Mouse gets home.
I opted out of PT (had an appt today since I will be on the road that early tmw). I need a DOR so I'm in decent shape for tomorrow. I'll be back on schedule on Monday.
β¨π°β¨π°β¨π°β¨π°β¨ Have a healthy-eating day, all! β¨π°β¨π°β¨π°β¨π°β¨

Audrey, your food looked so good on FB. Hope you continue to enjoy the coast. Cathy, that is a lot of food but luckily it all sounds pretty healthy other than the scoops and dip and even that is doable in moderation. hope you will be able to put it to good use. I would like to join you in making August an OP month. Ann, hope you don't have to get out in that fog...if so, do be careful. Susi, don't blame you for staying in with the down pours. WW can wait GL with the dryer vent MJ, hope your DOR does the trick Work is very slow...I am almost scared to say that out loud

June Welcome back.Great goals.
LaDonna I am glad DD found a new job and is off the night shift.Enjoy your girl time. These hot & humid days really drain a body.
Audrey I'm glad you enjoyed dinner last night and enjoy your drive today.Kenneth won't eat salads for dinner.I have mine at lunch and I think if I made him a small one he might eat one once in awhile. He does eat veggies and he really doesn't need to lose weight especially since he sweats off the calories outside in this heat.
Cathy I'm glad you had fun yesterday. We have enough food for leftovers for dinners for a few nights so I just plan around that. You can always add your fresh veggies later.
Ann I would love to have some rain.We did not get any rain in July.
Susi I'm sorry about your leak but it's good you found it sooner rather than later.Enjoy lunch if you go out. It's good you have a backup plan.
MJ Enjoy your DOR and I know you will enjoy the YM event.
