WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

I walked 17,000 steps yesterday. It was a good day. I need to track better though.

Hi Brenda Decided Simply filling for now on so I won't be hungry. Still 3 table spoons of peanut butter which I t take are of the 9 points with footprints

Amy, you're sounding like yourself again and back on track with exercise and food! Awesome!
I'm planning on hitting the gym after work for weight lifting and a spinning class. I had PT earlier today and they tried "scraping" my left knee to see if I have scar tissue there that could be responsible for the stiffness. It seems a little better but that could be just me wanting it to be better. Still, it's getting easier to walk everyday!
I was on call last week and had an 1:00am call this morning and a 2:00am sunday morning, arg! I'm so glad that someone else is now on call and it won't be my turn for 8 weeks!
