I saw the low of lows this past week or so then was back up from 204 to 210 in the same week...back to tracking this morning at 207 and will get to onederland before the end of this year...sooner than that, hopefully.

Sunday August 4 up 0.8 @125.6.Nothing jumps out at me except I'm having a bout of IBS-C again and maybe the scale finally caught up.I will be happy with that and KOKO.

borntexan, sorry for your GI distress. As a long time ulcerative colitis sufferer, I can relate, although C was not my problem!  Sunday, August 4: 123.4 - down 0.2 lb.
