Very quietly sets out tea, coffee 0pt juices and breakfast foods. Turns lights on low, starts day off slow. Respectful of all with headaches, colds, flu and those that just don't want it to be Monday- that would be me

Hi all, Nothing big planned here. Have a kid coming in late. Still dealing with PMDD. Never thought I'd be happy for TOM to arrive (should be Thursday), but when it does arrive the other symptoms normally just disappear. Our bodies can be crazy!
I have been totally out of control and the scale shows it. We had a Mardi Gras Fundraiser Sat night and I ate all Fried bar food! Sunday was Mardi Gras Breakfast at Church and I ate all those great casseroles, plus a piece of king cake and a coookie. We made nachos using Doritos last night for supper- so tasty but not point friendly!
So Today my tracker is on my desk.
the plan is greek yogurt for breakfast -banana for snack -spinach salad with two eggs and veggies with lemon slices for dressing for lunch -carrots and celery for snack -DH is in charge of supper- that may be difficult
Going to do my best to get those veggies in

Good morning. I'm not very awake yet but my cup of coffee may help. I woke up around 4 and couldn't go back to sleep so even though I have been awake since then, I'm not very with-it awake.
Had several things planned to do yesterday and got totally lazy and didn't get anything done, so today I'm going to put forth some effort and get them going.
It's cloudy with a very light snow/mist. I can barely see the flakes, but there is enough snow and fog in the air that I can only see for about a mile. The temp is 11 at the moment with a possible high of 18, and a 90% chance of more snow today - perhaps an inch total. Glad I don't have to go anywhere today.

Thanks for the coffee this morning, Heather. I'm only drinking water at the moment because I'm going to meet a new family doctor this morning and the office told me to fast before coming. My family doctor is retiring and I've been with her for over 35 years! I feel like we've grown up together because we're the same age. We used to discuss issues with our children and she's been a good doctor as well as a friend. It's hard to think about starting over but I'm happy she's getting some time off. So, the new doctor I'm meeting is younger than my daughter so it will be a big change.
Weather is mild today and I'll be helping DH mow the yard when I get home. Mowing in February is early, even for us Texans! Have a great day to ATF!

Good morning, Friends...Happy Monday! We are taking 🐶 for a round of vaccinations in a bit (hopefully they will be able to get a urine sample too, so we don't have to repeat that fun this afternoon.) Today is J's day off, but the next three weeks are busy for him, so I imagine he'll be heading in to practice. We made it through the bulk of our tax receipt files last night, so I need to see that gets finished in the next couple of days before he is buried. I'm hoping to meet up with DS in the next day or two for a catch-up. linda72 I hope you like your doctor. I have the opposite problem from you, never develop much of a relationship with any of them now. I do like younger doctors, lots of good energy. Have a good one!

Good morning all. Thanks for the coffee - I sure could use some extra this morning! Just a typical Monday at work today. I just ordered a new Fitbit band because mine broke over the weekend. It's held together with scotch tape so that looks really great Hope everyone has a good day!

Good Monday morning
Thank you Heather. I hear you. I chose well Saturday night but it was a salt bomb. Last night was just out of control on top of another salt bomb at a benefit. The scale just skyrocketed overnight. Water, water, water. Hi, Cherry, Dina, 100, Good luck Linda, Kathy, Deb, Becky

Happy Monday everyone! We have been fostering my sons girlfriend's dog (a 170lb Rottie) since July. He is a REALLY good dog, just HUGE! He spends the nights in a crate in our mudroom. Out kitten likes to go pester him and it drives him nuts (we keep his crate covered). SO! This morning around 1:30 I keep hearing this noise, and and wonder what the HECK my son is doing. I keep hearing it and open one eye and notice all the lights are off downstairs. PANIC and I think someone is in my house and I don't have any weapons close at hand (baseball bat). THEN kitten comes hell bent running into my room and I hear the dog! HE GOT OUT OF HIS CRATE!! I jump outta bed, chase him to the back door and he looks at me like he wants to go out! I'm like NO, get in your crate! Got him back in and walk into the dinning room. It smells like someone has been smoking pot! OMG SOMEONE IS IN MY HOUSE! NO! MY SON IS SMOKING POT! Then it dawned on me to turn the light on. The dog had pooped in two spots! Yes, it smelled like pot (not that I REALLY know what that smells like)! *sigh* so I had to clean it up, sprayed it with vinegar water and will clean the carpet tonight. To say the least, it took me forever to fall back asleep and the alarm goes off at 5:17 a.m. *sigh* hpeterson1951 you can do it! It does help to keep the tracker in sight at all times! @linda71 good luck at the new doctor! I'm seeing a new on Thursday an am a little nervous about it!

I'm sorry neen - but I literally laughed out loud at the antics in your house last night! I am glad no one was in your house and smoking weed
