TRACKIN' TUESDAY.... I did journal yesterday - so see no reason I can't again today! Pretty much stuck to my plan of the day - except one small piece of leftover BD cake someone brought in to work! UGH! WHY can't I just "walk away"... I used to have so much more willpower!!
SO moving forward...
Trackin' Tuesday: B: Coffee S: Protein Bar & Hot Tea L: Egg salad on a bed of lettuce, 32 oz seltzer S: Peach D: Chicken, Brown Rice, Veggie Stir-Fry No Eating after 7!
DAILY GOALS: 100 oz of water No Sugar No Flour 5 F/V Journal No Eating After 7
I write these "goals" each day in my tracker - and check them off as I make them! Generally I Have a lot of "Check Marks"...so let's see how today goes!
Yesterday was a good day! Well except for the BD cake - but the day in general was "good"... I did not get ALL the "work" done, but kept my head above water - even got a few month end things printed and ready to send to accounting! SO yes, all in all a good day!
Came home to a delicious zucchini lasagna... oh right - had a small slice of garlic bread too - darn, more flour!
Let me refill my coffee and see if I can catch up ♥

Another 53 degree morning - MAN I miss those warm summer mornings... Ordered our pellets Saturday... here it comes!
Sue: YAY for the produce being "sellable"... do you just bring it in and first come first served?? UGH You call Chex Mix "easy"?
Gabrielle: LOL 238 steps while biking 26 miles?? I hope you went in and manually told Fitbit just what you did for fun Sunday!! Sometimes nice to have a smaller group for dinner... Oh that's right... I forgot DS25 had to come back East to make the final move! YAY... almost there! WOW to have to wait until November! In this day and age? Seriously?? WOW!! LOL No - we had some lettuce and a few cukes and peppers that were still good - so I too threw a quick green salad together, and threw a serving of egg salad on it, made me a little late - but all good!
LOL Yes Ken WAS exhausted... he didn't get more produce done last night either!! So today will be a scramble of cutting lettuce for my egg salad today. When I get home today - and am cooking dinner, I will get a jump on things for the rest of the week!
Yeah, I do jar salads sometimes... but lately I am lucky if I just get teh produce in a bowl - don't always take/make the time to haul out the jars and fill them! (LAZY)
Well I hope no one at work "distracts" you from your goal this week! You deserve a week of doing your own work and feeling good about it!
Aww, sorry you are feeling "dread" at moving DS19 to school... keep in mind you had him home an extra year... maybe it makes it more difficult then if he had gone right out of HS?? We all know you will be more than excited as he makes his own way in the world... it's a process for us Moms {{{hugs}}} ♥
He'll be home for the holidays? Right??
Lisa: YAY IT's time for the fun side of it all!! WOO HOO!!! I hope you have it all figured out... hope you are feeling good about taking your own car... is it all packed?? Will you help with the driving? Or does Greg do it all? I forget how far a drive it is - but I am so darned envious!! I love a good road trip! HAVE FUN!!!
LOL This 53 degrees is killin' me!! YAY for your bike ride... are you staying somewhere where you can get out and walk each day??
I second that - NO WEDDING DRAMA... good luck ♥ Yes check in if you can - but if you can't we will be here when the weekend is behind you! {{{hugs}}}
How many people are expected to be there for the weekend???
Shelly: SO proud of you to be able to go walking at 7:30 PM! UGH! I am usually headed to bed with my book at that time!! Nah - no one is a "lost cause"... it's just a habit you have to create... I am not so "good" at it right now... 4-5 days a week (usually)... and that's journal not "tracking"... just writing it down... not counting anything... that's my next goal to TRACK on MFP when I journal the plan for the day! I am obviously not "good" at any of this - or I would not be where I am today! UGH! Still carrying the extra weight from when I was dealing with my back and my leg!
Glad to hear you have new help starting - and training is going well... yes, let's hope these people really do want jobs and will work to keep them!!
Oh Good morning... just about time to get up my friend... hope you have a good day!

OK Time to get moving here - was late yesterday, don't want to be late again. Need to make up some time this week - as I have injections Wednesday and may go house viewing after that! If I don't need it - I can take longer breaks the end of the week, or collect the OT... with Kaitlin out, it isn't hard to grab OT!!
Make the most of your TRACKIN' TUESDAY Ladies ♥hugs♥

Good morning!
Got in some time on the TM...needed to do it this morning because my track day (which is on Thursday this week) looks HARD. I want my legs to get some rest before then in preparation. Then another longer run (longest yet) this weekend so some tough days ahead. Still pretty hot - 99 degrees yesterday (76 at 5:30 am today) but it is supposed to cool a bit. We've really had a decent summer this year. Bloodwork tomorrow morning too in preparation for my 8/14 appt where we focus on my blood sugar, etc. Tomorrow I am going to get some kind of "monitor" so they can track when my blood sugar spikes for a week. It will be interesting to see how Saturday looks (during a long run).
Carole: Good job sticking to your plan--and getting that salad put together! I always love having alot of veggies at lunch and feeling like I don't need to "overwhelm" dinner with them. I loved the pic of Zoe snoozing on FB! I was wondering if grandpa was snoozing somewhere else at the same time, LOL. That will be fun to see another house--is this the one that you really liked? It's nice to have options! Hope that you have a good day and some nice, warm sunshine!
Lisa: So excited for you! Yes, this is the big week....and I know that you will take any drama in stride. It really does sound like a fun trip and I am sure that the reception will be so nice ---having everyone together! I can't wait to see the pictures. Have a good trip---and cancel that rental car, LOL!
Shelly: GREAT job getting that walk in again! And love that you are adding some running (if it feels good). Do you feel like you have more energy when you are done? I do when I exercise in the evening....even if you are tired at the start, it can be energizing. Glad that the tire repair worked out and you didn't have to wait around and HOORAY for having a new person to close! This could be so great for your health too--getting home at a decent time. So happy for you!
Christine: Hope that your week is going well and that the nerve pain is settling down....
Jenny: How was the beach trip?
Okay, gotta go...early call at 7:30 and need to be set up for it. Have a good day---I have a meeting tonight until about 6:30 pm, but hoping for another productive day. Oh, and planning to go to the noon WW meeting too

Good Morning
The beach trip was great weather wise, nice and cool only about 75 degrees with a nice breeze, lots of fog in the morning then it would go away and the sun would peak out. The resort we stayed in left a lot to be desired, first of all we had a $575.00 gift certificate and they charged me $299.00 a night to stay in the room. When we got to the room it stunk like cigarettes, at one time I think it was probably a smoking room when you were allowed to smoke in the rooms so I was really kind of upset about that. Then the WI-FI didn't work at all the first night the second night the TV went out it just was a mess. I could of rented a house for cheaper than that but then on the other hand it was a gift certificate so we just dealt with it, but I definitely will never go back to the place. I did take about a 2 mile hike to the beach and back and saw the beautiful golf course and of course we went to the outlet mall and shopped. I got a really nice purse at the Bass store, it was originally $74.00 and I got it for $22.00 in a clearance sale, SCORE, and bought Audrey some black jeans at American Eagle for school, she can't wear blue jeans just black ones, school dress code. Went to Old Navy and bought a cute blouse and just walked around and looked. I did fit in for dinner one night some clam chowder and steamer clams, yummy.
Carole sounds like your really tracking and journaling again. I'm trying to track and I stopped drinking wine at night, there's so much sugar in wine so I switched to Gin and diet tonic water at night and so far I've been going down on scale little by little. With last weekend and eating out all the time I didn't gain anything but I didn't loose any either so it's understandable with everything I ate, but it was a mini vacation so I indulged a bit and it was worth it. I have to admit I was on the go all weekend plenty of steps and water, now I wish I could do that at home. I bet Ken was exhausted keeping up with Zoe, how cute.
Gabrielle I'm still looking on line for a coffee place in Eugene, what time were you thinking on Saturday morning? It's really hot up here to in the 90's until Thursday then a cool down is coming for this weekend, maybe I can get some yard work done. DS19 will do great this coming year, what is he going to study at Lane? Audrey is going into the biology field and get her degree then she said she wanted to be a OB/GYN, we will see.

Sue saw you pop in Hello to you and hope your enjoying your day.
Lisa yeah to the wedding, I bet your getting excited. You will have to post pictures on FB of the beautiful bride and groom, enjoy your time with your family.
Hi Shelly great job with the walking at night, it's been way to hot to walk up here in Oregon. Glad you hired a couple good people you can trust to come to work and do their job, I hope it all works out for you and can make your job easier.
