(((Bee))) hope rest helps
Read, knit, play new 2 day mantra Next week my real life returns. My friend Paula’s home building company built a home in 5 days this week with 4 other companies and 2000 volunteers for Extreme Makeover Home Edition and I told her I would help with thank you notes as I did a few years ago. I also volunteered to proofread the club roster. I will pick up Theo from his new dual immersion school far far from home two Thursdays in a row while his mom is in southern CA with Hates who will be getting casts on his legs. Ann, I go to Dollar Tree not too far from home. It is clean with great holidays decorations, cards, gift bags etc.

The party was great. I was able to track the best I could. Moving into today by starting with a workout and planned and tracked meals and hydrating. It’s quiet here as the kids have gone to a movie so dh and I are relaxing. Definitely aiming for blue.

Audrey Enjoy the dog friendly winery. We will be in the 100's for the next 7 days if not 2 weeks.
June We ended up going to Walmart.I needed a few non-food items and I got some extra steps in while doing it.The knee doesn't really hurt as badly if I limit myself to 30-35 min on the recumbent bike per day and getting in steps house walking. It's when I push it and try to do the bike twice a day that makes it really hurt.I hope you are having a better day.
Cathy Sodium alone can make a person gain 4 lbs which is why I hydrate so much.
Ann I was awake before 4:30 myself.I hope you don't have any more breast discomfort.
Susi I'm glad you didn't get the bad weather.
June I grill chicken tenderloins on an electric grill and put them in my salads most days for lunch.Today it was tuna but I do like the chicken tenderloins.
LaDonna I'm glad you have an extra long weekend even if today is hectic. Our local Walmart doesn't have the online pickup. The closest ones are at least 20 miles from us.Our HEB does have pickup and delivery.
MJ I hope you enjoy your trip today.
Bee I hope your headache is better.
It is 99 and humid here so it looks like we are definitely headed for the 100's.

The Kressling & K'ling2 insisted that they were NOT TIRED when we got in the car to head home.
Toots & I were high-fiving - we still know how to wear kids out.
Of course, Toots is napping in his recliner right now. Supper will be a bit late, and that's just fine with me.
NOTE: I rode the Himalaya not just once but TWICE, earning the respect of the attendant who said, "You're going on it AGAIN?!?!?!"

LaDonna Unfortunately my Walmart doesn't even have pickup.I don't buy any produce or meat there anyway so it never takes long to shop. It's our HEB grocery store that has pickup and delivery.I have never used either one for that either.I think they offer the first 3-4 pickups free but after that there is a fee.It got up to 103 and is just now down to 101.Tomorrow they are predicting a high of 104 with a heat index of 115.We will do our grocery shopping before noon because I won't get out once it gets that hot.I miss my walking outside but my knee does not miss it.
