Good evening all. Thanks for getting us started, June.
KOKO is always a good choice. I shall plan, journal hydrate and MOVE. I want to go to the $ Tree tomorrow as I need to pick up some gift wrap and gift bags. Then we'll mosey on over to Market Basket as I want to get some frozen strawberries and I'll see what else they have on sale.

KOKO sounds perfect for the day. I found a dog friendly winery where we can bring Lily Belle. Bob will taste but Iβll pass. Yesterday was very overcast which means it was quite hot in Fresno. The good news is it will be in the low 90s for the weekend but back to 100 Monday. Our son said he pulled out or push cucumbers and he sent photos of the vegetables he picked in our garden today.I canβt wait to go back to planning normal meals for next week.

Yep, KOKO is a good plan for any day.
Ann You got the basics nailed down! Good plan. Happy shopping! Recently, I have used the cute decorative cardboard boxes at Dollar Tree & Dollar General when gift giving. Felt like they gave me more bang for my buck.
Becky An easy peasy day at home sounds so nice. Hope that your knee is feeling much better today.
Audrey When do you head back to Fresno? Can understand that you are ready to plan & have more control. Vacationing can throw a lot of wild cards into your game. You have put a lot effort into finding & trying extremely healthy recipes and putting together nutritious, tasty meals. That will put you in a great position when you return home.

Yesterday was fun but as usual some were cold and complaining about the fan and others were too hot. The menu was ratatouille, Greek salad, sweet pasta salad with fruit and fruit for dessert. There was also warmed brie with baby tomatoes and bread. healthy-ish. I was tired early so went to sleep by 8:30 or so and my husband came in to see if I was feeling okay. I was just tired. Ah well...he does like to worry. Today we need to get a few groceries so will head down to Tripoli later in the day.
I will: KOKO and make wiser choices than yesterday (Can't believe that one day can see a four pound weight gain...argh)
AUDREY: Sounds hot in Fresno. I can relate to wanting to be home and cooking in your own kitchen again.
MJ: Can't imagine storms in summer...haven't had such since I lived in Virginia over thirty years ago.
JUNE: I usually have a glass of water at my right hand all day long. I think it is a habit started in 1984 when I first went to WW. Sorry you are dealing with drama but happy you managed to defuse it by walking.
ANN: I let my sister know what books are good or which of our favorite authors have books coming out soon so she can get her name on the borrow from the library list as early as possible. She has also requested they buy a book a few times so she can read it.
SUSI: Crazy that there are so many waiting to be weighed each week!
PAM: I can't imagine getting over twenty people from the my family together for an event. I know that they have had family reunions and probably had that many BUT I have never been able to attend any of them.
BECKY: Hope your knees feel better - sorry to hear you overdid it with two sessions and are in pain.
It will be a lower calorie day today than yesterday!
AUDREY: Hope you and the others reading Summer of 69 are enjoying it.

Good very early morning all. Took a nap after supper and went to bed at about 11 and woke up wide awake at 4! This is going to be a long day. I'm just sitting here being very quiet.
Guess it will be a KOKO day for most of us.
Cathy I also have requested books from our library and have been successful.
June we also frequent Dollar General for the same reasons.
Audrey yes vacationing is hard. Glad you found a pet friendly winery.
Becky hope your knees feel better.
I had a lot of discomfort in my right breast yesterday. Not sure, but I'm thinking it's humidity related.
Will try to pop in later.

Good morning June, Ann, Becky, Audrey, Cathy. Getting ready for piyo. The worst of the storms bypassed me, thankfully. MJ - Looks like your area got nailed with flooding. Hope you are okay. KOKO sounds good. I am planned but still need to track it.

Good morning
Cathy Yep, We can believe that extra salt (and I would add extra sugar) can produce a 4 lb gain overnight. It can mess w/ your mind though to see that number on your scal Kudos. . . Drinking water is one of those essential habits that I never quite adopted. But I strive to do better.
Sweet of your DH to check on you.
Ann Sigh. . . so wish that you had no pain in your right for any reason or in any season. Can understand how the humidity could be causing swelling that brought on discomfort. Made a catnap later in the day would help.
Susi Glad that your area was spared from the heavy summer rains. Great effort! Starting the day w/ a plan sets you up for success.

Good morning to all, I'm off work today but have two appointments and errands to run so it will be hectic. Tomorrow is my last Friday off for the summer. I want to do some yard work and accomplish some things at home. Will KOKO along with the rest of you. The online grocery order from Walmart went very smoothly. Will definitely do again.. DH just pulled up and they brought it right out. All he had to have was the order number and I had texted that to his phone. June, thankful the prayers seem to be helping. will keep them coming Ann, sorry you woke so early. hope your day will be nice even though its raining. I'd also love to have some of your rain down my way. Hope the discomfort is gone today. You may be right about the humidity. Susi, glad the worst is over and all is well. Cathy, I go to bed early like that occasionally. Just more tired some evenings. The menu sounded good. Audrey hope the last few days of vaca are great.

Good morning, all! Prayers continue for all ailing and/or stressed posters and loved ones... and thank you for your prayers for me and my family... especially for the Mouseketeer... Additional prayers for all our travelers... for safety and health and ENJOYMENT... MJ - Looks like your area got nailed with flooding. Hope you are okay. Our neighborhood is high enough not to flood, but yes - the township got slammed. Some of our YM didn't get to drill and our police who are staff members were definitely busy with other things. I knew alternate routes to get where I was going and home again. πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ DivaTaxi's off-duty today and DDIL will drop off K'ling2 when she takes the Zigster to his summer "school" (going to Lightbridge on Tues/Thurs to keep up his school skills). The four of us - me, Toots, the Kressling, K'ling2 - are heading out for a day of aquarium, boardwalk, and rides. YM drill last night included a staff meeting; we got home by 8:30 PM and the Kressling spent the night. Yesterday's storms didn't let up until late-night. We were fortunate but it was wild out there. Coffee... βββ... breakfast... packin' the backpack... it's going to be a fun day! πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ Have a healthy-eating day, all! πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ
